Marketing Personnel Job Scope
1. Assist in Social Media Management
- Help create and schedule posts
- Write basic captions
- Monitor comments and messages
- Support engagement (replying, liking, etc.)
2. Assist in Content Creation
- Help design simple visuals (Canva)
- Assist in shooting photos/videos (e.g. TikTok, Reels)
- Edit basic content (cutting clips, adding captions)
- Prepare materials for campaigns
3. Support Marketing Campaigns
- Assist in executing promotions and campaigns
- Help coordinate with team members (designers, outlets, etc.)
- Ensure content and materials are prepared on time
4. Conduct Market Research
- Research competitors (promos, pricing, social media)
- Identify trending content ideas
- Gather customer feedback or insights
5. Assist in Reporting & Data Tracking
- Track post performance (views, likes, engagement)
- Help compile simple reports
- Support analysis of campaign results
6. Administrative & Ad Hoc Tasks
- Organize files, photos, and content assets
- Help during events or marketing activities
- Support day-to-day marketing operations
