Materials Custody Assistant：

1. Assist the Materials Custody Engineer in receiving various project materials on site.

1.配合保管工程师完成项目各类物资的现场接收工作。

2. Assist in daily warehouse organization, cleaning, and safety inspections; classify and store incoming materials properly; conduct regular warehouse safety inspections to identify potential storage risks and handle or report issues in a timely manner.

2. 配合保管工程师进行库房的日常整理、清洁与安全巡检，对入库物资进行分类存放；定期对库房进行安全巡检，排查存储安全隐患，发现问题及时处理并上报。

3. Assist in establishing and maintaining material receipt, issuance, and inventory records, ensuring accurate documentation of material information.

3. 协助保管工程师建立并完善物资收发存台账，准确记录物资信息。

4. Assist the Materials Custody Engineer in conducting regular inventory checks of warehouse materials.

4. 配合保管工程师定期开展库房物资盘点工作。

5. Coordinate with construction teams and other departments regarding material requisition needs; assist in processing material issuance procedures in accordance with established workflows to ensure timely supply for construction activities.

5. 配合项目各施工班组、其他部门的物资领用需求，按流程协助办理出库手续，确保施工物资及时供应。

6. Complete other materials management-related tasks assigned by the Materials Custody Engineer and Department Manager.

6. 完成保管工程师及部门经理交办的其他物资管理相关工作。

7. Be responsible for the daily driving of departmental official vehicles; carry out external driving tasks such as employee transportation for official purposes and document delivery as assigned.

7. 负责部门公务车辆的日常驾驶，根据部门安排，承担员工公务出行接送、资料递送等外勤驾驶任务。

8. Assist with other routine tasks arranged by the Materials Department.

8. 协助完成物资部安排的其他日常事务工作。

Job Requirements 任职要求

1. Proficient in English, Chinese, and Malay, with smooth and effective communication skills.

1.熟练英语、中文、马来语，沟通顺畅。

2. Holds a valid driving license with proficient driving skills and at least three (3) years of safe driving experience.

2. 持有合法驾驶执照，驾驶技术熟练，3年以上安全驾驶经验。

3. Detail-oriented and highly responsible; possesses good communication and coordination skills and a strong sense of teamwork; able to adapt to project site working conditions, follow work arrangements, and demonstrate strong execution capability.

3. 工作严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作精神；能适应项目现场工作环境，服从工作安排，具备较强的执行力。

4. Willing to accept business travel and overtime arrangements; strong sense of responsibility and discipline; able to remain reachable by phone throughout the day.

4. 能接受出差及加班安排，责任心强，纪律性好，全天保持电话畅通。

5. In good physical health, with no history of major illnesses and no adverse driving record.

5. 身体健康，无重大疾病史，无不良驾驶记录。

6. Familiar with warehouse material receiving, issuing, and inventory management processes and warehouse management standards; proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic document control systems; understands basic storage requirements for petrochemical materials and has a certain level of safety awareness; relevant experience is preferred.

6. 熟悉仓储物资收发存流程及库房管理规范，熟练使用 Office（Word、Excel、PPT）及基础文控软件；了解石油化工物资基本存储要求，具备一定的安全防护意识，有相关工作经验者优先。
