• Interpret and work from rough sketches, specifications, and design concepts provided by engineers.
• Review and ensure all produced drawings comply with design specifications, procedures, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
• Prepare and revise technical drawings to reflect design changes and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of drawings and ensure adherence to assigned project schedules.
• Assist with drafting and detailing tasks specifically for building mechanical systems.
• Identify and address any discrepancies in drawings, proactively resolving issues with engineers to maintain accuracy and quality.
• Stay updated on the latest drafting software features and best practices to ensure efficient and innovative output.

Proficiency in Mandarin (reading, speaking and writing) is essential to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
