Draftsman – Remote (Philippines-based)

Tabubil Engineering Limited (TE) is hiring an experienced Draftsman to join our team remotely from the Philippines. We deliver engineering and construction services to Ok Tedi Mining and other major clients across the Fly River region of Papua New Guinea, with a growing offshore drafting team supporting our PNG operations.

What you'll do

– Produce detailed civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical drawings from engineer's markups, sketches, and site data

– Prepare general arrangement drawings, fabrication details, as-builts, and drawing registers

– Work to AS/NZS drafting standards and TE's CAD conventions

– Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and site teams across time zones via Teams and email

What you'll need

– Diploma or Degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering / Drafting Technology

– Min. 3 years' drafting experience, ideally supporting mining, industrial, or construction projects

– Advanced AutoCAD skills; Civil 3D, Inventor, Revit, or AutoCAD Electrical highly regarded

– Ability to interpret engineer's markups and produce clean, issue-ready drawings with minimal supervision

– Strong written English and reliable home internet setup
