Work Location: Tampoi, Johor Bahru

Job Description:

• Coordinate with the superior for managing the Engineering, Maintenance, and Facility Teams.
• Collaborate with Operation/Manufacturing/Plant Manager to ensure efficient factory operations.
• Support various departments to achieve overall engineering, facilities, and maintenance objectives.
• Lead improvement initiatives to minimize engineering waste.
• Ensure an effective engineering system aligns with company goals.
• Propose, manage, plan, and execute strategies, budgets, and projects.
• Verify proper utilization of engineering, facility, and maintenance equipment.
• Provide guidance and follow up on engineering issues with respective teams.

Requirements:

• Possess a degree in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering with minimum 5- 8 years of relevant working experience in management of Maintenance Department.
• Working experience in oleochemical plant is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge in Electrical Maintenance, PLC, Electrical Power and HV systems.
