Responsibilities

• Handle patient calls and follow-ups
• Assist with telehealth consultations and appointments
• Review patient charts and clinical documentation
• Coordinate with US healthcare providers
• Update EMR/EHR systems accurately
• Ensure strict HIPAA compliance

Qualifications

• Active USRN License
• NCLEX passer
• Registered Nurse license in the State of Florida (required or highly preferred)
• Experience in US healthcare or telehealth settings preferred
• Experience in women’s health and wellness is highly advantageous
• Strong English communication skills
