  • Handle voice operations, chats and emails.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate product or service information to customers.
  • Handle complaints and offer appropriate solutions or alternatives.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated records.
  • Follow communication scripts, guidelines, and company policies.
  • Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Technical Support, Operations) to resolve issues.
  • Meet performance targets including response time, customer satisfaction, and quality.
  • Escalate complex issues to team leads when necessary.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.


Requirements:

  • B2 English
  • Fluent in reading and typing English and Mandarin
  • Minimum 6 months BPO CS experience
  • Open to Local Malaysian
