Job Description
1、负责公司业务系统、云服务日常运维、监控告警、故障排查与应急处理，保障服务7×24小时稳定可用；
2、主导K8s集群部署、管理、扩容、版本升级及容器化应用编排；
3、负责CI/CD流水线搭建、自动化运维脚本编写，推进运维流程标准化、自动化；
4、服务器、中间件、数据库日常维护、性能调优、安全加固及日志分析；
5、配合研发完成项目上线、环境部署、资源规划及容量评估；
6、远程对接团队，同步运维文档、复盘故障问题，持续优化架构稳定性。
1、5年及以上运维实战经验，有云原生、容器化运维完整项目经验；
2、精通Kubernetes（K8s） 集群运维、Ingress、PV/PVC、Namespace、资源调度等核心组件；
3、熟悉Linux系统、Shell/Python脚本开发，熟悉Docker容器原理及镜像制作；
4、熟悉主流云服务、微服务架构、监控体系（Prometheus/Grafana等）；
5、优先海外地区候选人，支持全职远程办公，网络环境稳定，能适配跨时区工作沟通；
6、具备良好问题排查能力、责任心强，沟通高效，有互联网/科技行业运维经验优先。
工作模式
• 工作形式：纯远程全职
• 地域要求：海外地区优先，不限具体国家，网络稳定即可
