岗位职责：

  1. 持续集成与持续交付（CI/CD）：
  2. 设计、实现和维护 CI/CD 流水线，优化软件交付流程。
  3. 管理和优化构建、测试、部署工具和流程。
  4. 自动化与工具开发：
  5. 利用脚本和工具实现部署、监控和运维的自动化。
  6. 开发和维护内部工具，提升团队效率。
  7. 基础设施即代码（IaC）：
  8. 使用工具（如 Terraform、Ansible）管理和配置基础设施。
  9. 确保环境的一致性和可重复性。
  10. 协作与沟通：
  11. 与开发、测试和运维团队紧密合作，促进跨团队协作。
  12. 协助解决开发和部署过程中出现的问题。
  13. 系统监控与优化：
  14. 实施和改进系统监控方案，及时发现性能和可靠性问题。
  15. 分析系统瓶颈，提出优化方案。

任职要求：

  1. 教育背景：
  2. 计算机科学、软件工程或相关专业本科及以上学历。
  3. 工作经验：
  4. 3 年以上 DevOps 或相关领域工作经验。
  5. 技能要求：
  6. 熟悉主流 CI/CD 工具（如 Jenkins、GitLab CI、Travis CI）。
  7. 熟悉容器技术和编排工具（如 Docker、Kubernetes）。
  8. 掌握一种或多种脚本语言（如 Python、Bash）。
  9. 熟悉版本控制工具（如 Git）和协作流程。
  10. 素质能力：
  11. 良好的沟通和团队合作能力，能促进跨部门协作。
  12. 具备快速学习新技术的能力，热衷于持续改进和优化。
  13. 具备解决复杂问题的能力，思维逻辑清晰。
  14. 加分项：
  15. 有云平台（如 AWS、Aliyun、GCP）使用经验者优先。
  16. 了解微服务架构和相关技术栈。


Working Hours:

Fixed Schedule·09:00-18:30

Holidays and Work Styles:

Full Two-Day Weekends (Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays Off)
