Job Description

Company Overview: A fast-growing e-commerce company known for offering high-quality, affordable products and an excellent digital shopping experience.


Position Overview: Join our 15-person Operations Department to support daily E-commerce and App workflows, ensuring smooth coordination across customer service, logistics, and stock management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support via App chat and social media to ensure satisfaction.
  • Order Fulfillment: Process daily orders, coordinate with logistics partners for shipping, and manage return/refund parcels.
  • Inventory & Purchasing: Monitor stock levels, perform regular stock counts, and assist in sourcing and restocking from suppliers.
  • App & Admin Support: Maintain App product listings (uploading items/updating prices), manage documentation (Invoices/DOs), and prepare operation reports.


Requirements:

  • Qualification: Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field.
  • Experience: 1+ year in Admin, Customer Service, or E-commerce operations.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and fluent in English & Malay. (Mandarin is a plus).
  • Teamwork: Strong team player capable of collaborating effectively within a large department of 15 people.
  • Tech: Familiarity with Shopee, TikTok Shop, or App backend systems is an advantage.
