理财运营实习生 / Earn Operations Intern
【岗位职责】
竞品与市场调研： 定期追踪友商CEX的理财产品动态、更新、收益率变化及最新营销玩法，输出竞品分析报告，为业务策略提供支持。
活动策划与落地： 协助策划理财相关的营销活动。跟进活动页面的设计、配置以及发奖流程。
数据分析与复盘： 跟踪理财产品的核心数据指标（如 TVL、申购人数、留存率等），协助完成日常数据报表提取，并参与活动效果复盘。
用户触达与推送： 负责理财产品及营销活动的日常触达策略执行。包括 App Push、站内信、EDM 及社群等渠道的文案撰写与多语言统筹；并对推送的打开率及转化率进行持续追踪与优化。
【岗位要求】
学历及背景： 本科及以上在校生，金融、经济、数学、计算机或市场营销等相关专业优先；
行业认知： 对 Web3 和加密货币行业有强烈兴趣，了解基础的 Crypto 概念；是CEX 的真实用户，体验过CEX理财或 Earn 产品者优先。
能力素质：
具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力，熟练掌握 Excel，了解 SQL / Python 者加分。
工作细致严谨，执行力强。
具备优秀的跨部门沟通能力和团队协作精神。
语言能力： 具备良好的中英文读写能力优先。
【加分项】
了解 DeFi 基础协议（如 Aave, Uniswap 等）或有链上交互经验。
有过互联网大厂金融/理财业务线或 Crypto 机构运营实习经验。
熟悉活期、定期、双币理财等金融产品逻辑。
