Based on common operational channels such as Discord and TG, responsible for the establishment, management, and operation of the developer community, building the community structure and tool system according to different stage goals (e.g., identity verification, role settings, channel permissions, product integration bots). Accountable for the number of community users, their activity levels, and conversion rates, possessing a deep understanding of user sentiment and maintaining a positive user reputation;

Formulate the overall framework and mechanisms for developer community operations, plan original activities to activate the community, guide user engagement and self-propagation, and expand community influence;

Serve as a bridge between TinTinLand and developer users, maintaining smooth communication between the team and the community, organizing user feedback and sentiment data to analyze core user demands;

Responsible for planning global marketing activities for the developer community, enhancing their favorability towards the community, increasing willingness to engage, and establishing relationships with more Web3.0 ecosystem projects, communities, universities, and other stakeholders to promote developer user growth.

Track and analyze user data and market trends within the Web3 developer community, adjusting community operation strategies and activity plans in a timely manner.
