岗位职责：
1、 负责理财产品的设计、上线和日常运营，主要通过对接外部收益渠道（如Staking、DeFi协议、借贷等）实现收益回馈用户。
2、 跟踪和管理资金流向，优化收益率，制定收益分配策略，保障产品安全与稳定运行。
3、 策划相关运营活动（如加息、限时锁仓、新手引导等）提升用户参与度和留存。
4、 分析用户数据和市场趋势，持续优化产品结构与运营策略。
岗位要求：
1、 本科及以上学历，有2年以上金融、理财产品或运营经验，有交易所或Web3背景优先；
2、 理解主流外部收益模型，如Staking、流动性挖矿、借贷协议等
3、 有一定的数据分析能力，能独立完成运营数据监控与策略调整；
4、 沟通协作能力强，具备项目推进与执行力；
5、 熟悉CeFi/DeFi生态，关注行业动态
