Job Scope – Dispensing Optician / Optometrist
- Conduct eye examinations and subjective refraction for customers
- Interpret prescriptions and provide professional optical advice
- Assist customers with frame and lens selection based on visual needs and lifestyle
- Perform measurements, fitting, and adjustments of eyewear
- Handle lens ordering and ensure quality control upon delivery
- Dispense eyewear and provide patient/customer education on proper use and care
- Carry out basic eyewear repairs and after-sales service
- Support sales activities and contribute to store performance
