Key Responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end application maintenance or implementation projects or development projects, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (developers, QA, support, etc.) to achieve project goals.
• Communicate project status and updates to clients, serving as the main point of contact.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and project documentation.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor performance metrics to ensure project objectives are met and comply with quality standards and client expectations.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and compliance with company and industry standards.
• Facilitate meetings, conduct status reviews, and oversee post‑implementation support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of project management experience (preferably in application maintenance or IT services).
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong understanding of project management (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• English proficiency (written & spoken).
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Tools) is a plus.
• PMP or equivalent certification is an advantage.
