Job Description

  • Client Calling & Follow-ups: Call/WhatsApp clients to update status, collect next steps, and set appointments.
  • Document Collection & Verification: Request, receive, check completeness & accuracy (IC/SPA/offer letter/loan/consent, etc.), maintain proper filing.
  • Payment Collection: Guide clients on fees/payment, issue receipts, track and update payment records.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional, friendly, proactive communication; resolve basic queries, escalate timely.
  • Admin & Data Entry: Accurate data entry, e-filing, hardcopy filing, prepare simple letters/emails, update trackers/CRM.
  • Liaison & Coordination: Work with lawyers, bankers, negotiators/agents, developers, and authorities to push cases forward and meet timelines.


Requirements:

  • Diploma in a relevant field such as Law, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (written and spoken).
  • Strong customer service skills with the abilit to handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently.
  • Solid administrative and clerical skills, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Experience or knowledge in legal documentation related to property transactions is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to provide administrative support to the legal team, ensuring smooth operation of daily tasks.
