• Assist in interior fit-out, renovation, and construction works
• Carry out tasks such as demolition, basic carpentry, painting, plastering, tiling, or installation works
• Load, unload, and move construction materials and equipment
• Follow instructions from site supervisor, foreman, or project manager
• Maintain cleanliness and safety at the worksite
• Ensure work is carried out according to safety procedures and site regulations
• Assist subcontractors and skilled workers when required
• Perform other ad-hoc site duties as assigned

Requirements & Qualifications

• No formal education required; relevant site experience is an advantage
• Prior experience in construction, renovation, or interior fit-out preferred
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labor
• Willing to work on-site and overtime when required
• Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Basic understanding of site safety practices

Added Advantage

• Experience in carpentry, wiring, plumbing, ceiling, or flooring works
• Valid CIDB Green Card
• Ability to read basic drawings or measurements
• Own transport
