- Safely drive the Director to meetings, site visits and appointments.
- Assist with transporting clients or guests as required.
- Manage schedules and routes efficiently to meet time requirements.
- Run errands and handle deliveries when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Familiar with routes, especially in the commercial fit-out industry (e.g., project sites, suppliers).
- Good time management and communication skills.
- Able to work flexible hours as needed.
- Handle any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Director.
- Drive carefully and prioritize the comfort and safety of the boss and any passengers at all times.
- Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited to maintain cleanliness and avoid lingering odors.
- Ensure the vehicle is kept clean at all times - both interior and exterior. Regular servicing and maintenance must be carried out promptly.
- Refrain from using the phone while driving, especially when guests are in the car, unless it's via hands-free and absolutely necessary.
