岗位职责：
•负责Vivo手机的检测、维修及功能测试，确保维修质量符合公司标准
•准确判断故障原因，并进行维修处理或更换相关配件
•负责前台接待工作，包括系统开单、过账、收款及基础客户服务
•协助客户处理售后问题，提供专业、耐心的技术支持与解决方案
•维护维修区及接待区域的整洁与规范，确保工具及设备处于良好使用状态
•按要求完成上级安排的其他相关工作
岗位要求：
•学历不限
•有手机维修或客户服务相关经验者优先考虑
•无相关经验亦可申请，公司提供系统培训
•工作细心，具备良好的责任感及积极的工作态度
•具备耐心及良好的服务意识，能够配合公司客户满意度考核要求
•具备良好的沟通能力及团队合作精神
