Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for inspecting, repairing, and testing Vivo smartphones
• Accurately diagnose issues and perform necessary repairs or parts replacement
• Handle front desk duties including job creation in the system, posting, payment collection, and customer service
• Assist customers with after-sales issues and provide professional technical support
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of tools, equipment, and service area
• Perform other related tasks assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• No specific education requirement
• Candidates with phone repair or customer service experience will be prioritized
• No experience required, training will be provided
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive
• Patient, customer-focused, and assessed monthly on service satisfaction
• Good communication skills and teamwork spirit
