Job Description
- Monitor and maintain optimal conditions for chicken growth, including temperature control, humidity, and ventilation.
- Implement and supervise automated feeding systems, environmental control technologies, and other smart farming tools.
- Manage farm staff, providing training and leadership to ensure high standards of performance and productivity.
- Collaborate with office staff to analyse farm data to improve operational efficiency, growth rates, and overall farm performance.
- Oversee the control and management of poultry medicines, ensuring proper administration.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies to prevent infestations.
