Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

1. Assist the Logistics Engineer in handling the full process of project materials customs clearance, and communicate with local customs authorities, ports, freight forwarders, and related agencies (including document translation, verbal coordination, and issue resolution).

1.配合物流工程师开展项目物资清关全流程工作，与当地海关、港口、货代等机构进行清关沟通（含文件翻译、口语对接、问题协调）。

2. Be familiar with Malaysian local policies, regulations, industry resources, and administrative procedures; assist with translation during procurement-related business negotiations, contract communications, and requirement confirmations with local suppliers.

2. 熟悉马来西亚本地政策法规、行业资源及办事流程，协助采购环节与本地供应商的商务洽谈、合同沟通、需求确认等翻译工作。

3. Assist procurement personnel in organizing procurement documentation and translating internal procurement-related documents.

3. 协助采购人员开展采购资料整理工作，采购内业资料翻译工作。

4. Assist with other routine tasks arranged by the Materials Department.

4. 协助完成物资部安排的其他日常事务工作。

Job Requirements 工作要求

1. Highly proficient in bidirectional Chinese–English translation, with excellent written translation skills and strong spoken communication abilities in Chinese, English, and Malay; capable of handling translation of various business documents and customs clearance materials.

1.精通中英文双向翻译，具备优秀的书面翻译能力及中、英、马来口语沟通能力，能熟练处理各类商务文件、清关资料的翻译工作。

2. Proficient in Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic document control systems.

2. 熟练使用 Office（Word、Excel、PPT）及基础文控软件。

3. Detail-oriented, highly responsible, and clear-minded, with good document management habits.

3. 做事细致、责任心强、头脑清晰，具备良好的文件管理习惯。

4. Possesses strong communication, coordination, adaptability, and problem-solving abilities; able to adapt to fieldwork and flexible working arrangements; familiar with Malaysian local culture and administrative practices, with a certain level of compliance risk awareness.

4. 具备较强的沟通协调能力、应变能力及问题解决能力，能适应外勤及弹性工作安排；熟悉马来西亚本地文化及办事习惯，具备一定的合规风险意识。

5. Relevant work experience is preferred.

5. 有相关工作经验者优先。
