Job Description
Tanggungjawab Utama:
• Menyediakan sokongan teknikal kepada pengguna (hardware, software & rangkaian).
• Memasang, menyelenggara dan membaiki komputer, printer, server, serta peralatan IT lain.
• Menguruskan sistem rangkaian (LAN, WAN, WiFi) termasuk troubleshooting apabila berlaku masalah.
• Membantu dalam pemasangan, konfigurasi dan kemas kini software & sistem operasi.
• Memastikan data syarikat dilindungi melalui backup & keselamatan rangkaian.
• Membuat dokumentasi teknikal seperti laporan penyelenggaraan, rekod peralatan & sistem.
• Memberi latihan asas kepada kakitangan tentang penggunaan sistem dan aplikasi IT.
• Menyokong projek IT syarikat mengikut arahan pengurus IT.
