核心职责
- 优化双端匹配算法，设计并管理产品路线图，平衡导师与学员需求，提升匹配成功率与用户满意度
- 定义并落地核心产品功能（导师管理系统、个性化学习路径、互动课堂工具、AI 辅助功能），协同跨职能团队完成产品开发与上线
- 建立导师激励机制与用户留存策略，通过数据分析与 KPI 监控驱动产品持续迭代优化
- 开展竞品分析（Preply、Cambly 等）及行业趋势研究，识别市场机会并推动差异化产品创新
- 协调教研、技术、运营、市场团队，管理版本发布流程，收集并处理用户反馈，确保产品体验持续改进
岗位需求
经验与背景
- 3-5 年产品管理经验，有在线教育、EdTech 或双边平台（marketplace）产品经验者优先
- 深入理解在线辅导/语言学习平台的商业模式、用户行为及行业痛点
- 具备完整产品生命周期管理经验，包括需求分析、产品规划、敏捷开发协作及上线后优化
核心能力
- 出色的跨团队协作与沟通能力，能向不同背景的利益相关者清晰阐述复杂的产品策略
- 数据驱动思维，熟练使用数据分析工具与方法，通过指标监控优化产品表现
- 强大的优先级管理与需求取舍能力，能在资源约束下推动产品目标达成
- 熟悉产品管理工具（如 Jira、Aha!、Miro 等）及敏捷开发流程

- 了解 AI/机器学习在教育场景中的应用（如智能推荐、学习路径规划
- 有双边平台冷启动、匹配算法优化或社区运营经验
- 熟悉在线教育相关技术（视频会议、LMS、支付集成等）
- 具备用户体验设计思维，能够进行用户研究与可用性测试
