Product Manager

1. Own the end-to-end product roadmap, optimizing and enhancing existing system functionalities. 2. Manage product implementation, quality assurance and risk control; coordinate internal and external resources to ensure product quality. 3. Deliver high-quality product prototypes, author product requirement documents and develop user manuals. 4. Clarify requirements during development and validate features post-launch. 5. Oversee products including contracts, spot trading, spot-based wealth management and liquidity, contract-matching architecture, user-growth initiatives, and mid/back-office financial reconciliation, audit and risk-control systems. Requirements 1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Management, Data Science, Finance or related fields preferred; minimum 5 years’ experience as an Internet Product Manager. 2. Proficient in customer requirement analysis, UX design, product planning, interaction design, iteration, marketing and performance analysis, with extensive product development experience. 3. Accountable for product quality and able to resolve issues throughout the full lifecycle from requirements through design and development. 4. Strong abstract and logical thinking skills, with excellent communication and coordination abilities.
