Description
负责交易所APP、PC端核心业务体验优化，包括交易及基础功能模块的整体用户体验提升，确保产品使用流畅度、易用性及专业性达到行业头部水准。
- 熟悉区块链行业，了解行业动态，持续跟踪区块链行业及互联网头部平台的体验趋势，挖掘行业创新和用户需求，将行业领先理念应用于产品迭代。
- 深入把握产品核心价值，加强产品创新，确保产品功能满足用户的需求。
- 与项目组紧密配合，通过业务数据分析、跟踪业务指标，不断提升业务效果。
- 协调相关各部门资源，推进产品需求落地，并为结果负责。
- 根据业务数据、经营情况，合理的分配制定产品目标及计划。
Requirements
- 五年及以上工作经验，至少3年及以上app工作经验，英语交流顺畅；有股票、期货、外汇或其他交易类金融产品设计经验者优先。
- 熟悉交易以及其他基础功能的业务逻辑，并对用户体验优化有系统方法论和成功案例。
- 对交易用户行为有深刻理解，能独立完成需求调研、方案设计及效果复盘。
- 具有清晰的逻辑思维框架，对业务数据敏感，善于分析问题背后的真相和核心原因。
- 对细节高度敏感，对交互体验、产品易用性和行业趋势保持高标准和持续关注。
- 结果导向，较强的抗压能力，强烈的进取心和责任心，优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力与项目推进能力。
- 较强的创新意识，有能力帮助新业务在竞争中突围。
