Job Description
岗位职责：
- 负责东南亚市场跨境支付产品（B2C）规划与战略制定，结合公司整体业务目标制定产品 Roadmap
- 设计覆盖本地电子钱包、银行转账、银行卡收单等多元支付能力，构建完整的交易流程与资金流转体系
- 负责支付核心系统产品设计，包括交易路由、风控策略、清结算规则、对账体系、退款与异常处理机制，确保符合当地监管要求
- 参与账户体系与资金流转方案设计，优化资金在不同渠道间的流转效率与用户体验
- 对接境外银行、本地支付机构及电子钱包等合作方，推进渠道接入、技术协同及产品落地
- 跟踪东南亚支付行业政策变化、市场竞争格局及发展趋势，持续优化产品结构与合规体系
- 负责产品全生命周期管理，包括市场调研、需求分析、PRD撰写、项目推进、上线验收、数据分析及持续迭代优化
任职要求：
- 本科及以上学历，5年以上支付或金融科技产品经验，其中至少3年海外收单或支付网关相关经验
- 熟悉跨境支付全流程，包括渠道接入、交易处理、清算结算、对账体系、风控策略及异常订单处理
- 了解分布式账务处理或多渠道资金流转相关产品设计经验优先熟悉东南亚主流支付方式（本地钱包、银行转账、卡支付等）及接入逻辑，了解新加坡相关监管框架（如MAS）
- 理解交易生命周期设计，包括交易状态管理、幂等处理、异步通知及高并发系统逻辑
- 具备较强的结构化思维与系统设计能力，能独立输出高质量PRD及产品方案
- 英文听说读写流利，具备良好的跨团队沟通与项目推进能力

- 有东南亚本地支付机构或金融科技公司从0到1搭建支付产品经验
- 有账户体系、资金流转或跨境支付相关产品经验
- 参与过支付牌照申请或监管对接经验
- 有多国家、多渠道支付路由优化及资金成本管理经验
