Job Description
岗位职责
1.负责市场调研、竞品分析，挖掘用户需求并形成产品策略。
2.负责产品功能规划、撰写需求文档（PRD）、流程图、原型图。
3.与研发、设计、QA 等团队协作，确保项目按期上线。
4.跟进产品开发生命周期，协调资源、推进问题解决。
5.监控产品数据，分析用户行为，提炼优化迭代方向。
6.负责产品上线后的运营支持、迭代规划及用户反馈处理。
7.制定产品版本路线图（Roadmap），输出可量化指标。
8.对产品体验、性能、安全性等关键要素进行持续优化。
岗位要求
1.本科及以上学历，计算机、信息管理、软件工程、市场营销等相关专业优先。
2.3年互联网产品经理经验。
3.熟悉 Axure、Figma、Xmind、Jira、Confluence 等相关工具。
4.具备优秀的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力、产品创新意识。
5.熟悉软件开发流程，理解基本技术原理优先。
6.数据分析能力强，能从数据中抽象问题与机会。
7.拥有良好的跨团队协作能力与项目推进能力。
8.具备强烈的责任感、学习能力及用户体验意识。
