Job Description


  • Production Management: Oversee daily production of the CNC department, formulate production plans, and ensure on-time and quality completion of orders.
  • Equipment and Technology: Manage CNC equipment maintenance, debugging and technical improvement, and solve technical problems in production.
  • Team Management: Responsible for recruitment, training, scheduling and performance evaluation of CNC operators, and improve team efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Supervise production quality to ensure compliance with standards, handle quality abnormalities and formulate preventive measures.
  • Cost and Safety: Control production material consumption and costs, implement workshop safety regulations, and avoid safety accidents.
  • Communication and Coordination: Collaborate with purchasing, R&D and other departments to ensure smooth production and report department operation status.


Requirements

  • Education: College degree or above in mechanical engineering, numerical control, or related majors.
  • Experience: More than 5 years of experience in the CNC machining industry and over 3 years of team management experience.
  • Skills: Familiar with CNC equipment operation, programming, and maintenance; proficient in quality management systems (such as ISO).
  • Abilities: Possess capabilities in production planning, cost control, and problem-solving, as well as good communication and coordination skills.
  • Others: Proficient in using software like CAD/CAM; proficiency in English is preferred (commonly used in the Malaysian working environment).
