The Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring smooth and reliable production operations.

This position focuses on planning, coordination, monitoring, and follow-through across production, inventory, and deliveries.

The role is execution- and coordination-oriented. It works closely with internal teams to ensure production plans are followed accurately and issues are reported clearly.

This position does not involve independent decision-making on production strategy or process redesign in the short term.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in production planning and scheduling based on confirmed orders and capacity
2. Monitor daily production progress and track execution against plans
3. Manage and monitor raw material and finished goods inventory levels
4. Coordinate deliveries according to production completion and customer requirements
5. Prepare and maintain records related to production, inventory, and deliveries
6. Provide factual feedback on execution issues without independently changing processes

What we're looking for

1. Holds a University Degree (any field of study is welcome)
2. Is willing to learn, try, and grow in a structured production environment
3. Is comfortable working with clear processes, schedules, and coordination tasks
4. Is reliable, organized, and steady in execution
5. Prefers clarity and structure over constant improvisation

This role is not suitable for candidates who prefer high autonomy, frequent process changes, or rapid involvement in strategic or managerial decision-making.
