Responsibilities

• To plan and manage raw material to support demand by liaising with production and sales.
• To release periodic material by plan based on periodic capacity plan.
• To analyze usage trend and meet targeted inventory turns.
• To monitor inventory and expedite material shipment in order to prevent high stock and discontinuity of production.
• To plan, follow up and expediting so as to ensure timely delivery.
• To confirm and coordinate urgent requests and deliveries to meet deadline.
• To update the status of production orders for monitoring of progress of production activities.
• To support, monitor & follow up company stock count activity

Job Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• Knowledge of SAP system is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• 1–2 years of experience in Production Planning (primary or secondary process) within the metal stamping industry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
