工作职责｜Key Responsibilities
- 客服侧：协助处理用户关于交易平台的咨询（如操作指引、账户问题等），通过在线渠道高效响应；
- 技术支持侧：辅助排查平台基础技术问题（如登录异常、交易卡顿等），整理常见问题的解决方案文档；
- 配合团队完成用户反馈的汇总与同步，参与平台使用手册的优化更新；
- 参与内部团队的沟通，协助整理业务需求与信息。
任职要求｜Requirements
- 计算机、软件工程等相关专业在读，熟悉基础办公软件；
- 精通至少一种编程语言（例如 Java、Python、JavaScript 等）能够阅读和理解代码以协助用户解决问题；
- 具备良好的沟通能力，能清晰理解并回应用户需求；
- 马来籍/在马来本地学习优先，中英文沟通流畅者优先；
- 对区块链行业有兴趣或已有基础认知了解者加分；
- 学习能力强、逻辑清晰、执行力高，能适应快节奏环境；
