AI Project Manager (Innovation & Emerging Technologies)

About the Role

We’re building at the edge of what’s possible with AI — not just implementing existing tools, but exploring how intelligent systems can reshape how businesses operate, scale, and compete.

We’re looking for an AI Project Manager who is naturally curious, highly adaptable, and energized by ambiguity. This is not a traditional PM role — you’ll be working alongside engineers, product thinkers, and leadership to bring new ideas to life in a rapidly evolving space.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI and automation projects, from concept through deployment
• Translate loosely defined ideas into structured execution plans
• Work closely with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to align technical and business goals
• Manage timelines, priorities, and resources across multiple fast-moving initiatives
• Identify opportunities to apply AI to improve operations, products, or decision-making
• Navigate ambiguity and make decisions with incomplete information
• Drive experimentation — test, iterate, and refine solutions quickly
• Communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Experience

• 5–7+ years in technical project or program management roles, preferably within software, data, or AI-driven environments
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand system architecture, data pipelines, and software development lifecycles
• Exposure to AI, automation, or data-driven products
• Familiarity with agile or iterative development environments
• Experience managing AI/ML or data-related projects
• Understanding of tools like Python, APIs, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
