Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential buyers and investors to promote property listings.
• Conduct property viewings and presentations professionally.
• Provide accurate property information and advice to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
• Work closely with the marketing and telemarketing team to follow up on leads.

Requirements:

• Experience in property sales, real estate, or related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, motivated, and target-driven personality.
• Good presentation and negotiation skills.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel for property appointments.
• Fluent in Malay and Basic in English / Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
