• Maintain and expand high-net-worth and core trading clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fund retention.
• Communicate with clients regularly, providing timely support and personalized services.
• Manage a high-value client roster, tracking asset growth and activity levels.
• Organize exclusive offline events for VIP clients.

2. Offline Events and PR Execution

• Plan and host VIP gatherings, brand events, and partner meet-and-greets in Taiwan.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, media events, and partner functions.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with local KOLs, media outlets, and opinion leaders.

3. Brand Image Management

• Oversee brand exposure, PR communications, and content coordination for Taiwan.
• Serve as the spokesperson, proactively generating traffic and brand awareness during PR crises or when disseminating public relations content.
• Understand SEO, online paid posting (astroturfing), and internet campaign operations, with basic skills in managing online promotional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 3 years of experience in client relations, public relations, or event management.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, confident in hosting events and engaging with the media.
• Basic knowledge of finance or the cryptocurrency industry, familiar with mainstream trading products.
• Familiarity with Taiwanese market culture and proficiency in Mandarin and English or Taiwanese Hokkien.
• Outgoing personality, strong execution skills, and adept at building trust-based relationships.
• Understanding of SEO, online paid posting (astroturfing), and internet campaign operations, with basic skills in managing online promotional teams.

Preferred

• Experience working at an exchange, brokerage, or PR firm.
• Existing VIP client, media, or KOL resources in Taiwan.
• Experience as an event host or brand ambassador.
