The Purchasing & Inventory Associate supports the purchasing and logistics operations to ensure smooth product flow, from procurement to delivery. Job Responsibilities:

1. Purchasing Support:

• Help source and purchase eyewear and accessories from suppliers.

• Issue & manage purchase orders and ensure products are delivered on time.

2. Inventory Management:

• Monitor and update inventory levels to avoid stockouts.

• Assist with stock audits and manage stock rotation.

3. Logistics Coordination:

• Coordinate shipments and deliveries to stores or customers.

• Prepare shipping documents and ensure timely deliveries.

4. Order Processing:

• Process customer orders accurately.

• Ensure orders are packed and shipped on time.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

• Issue GRN & maintain records of purchases, shipments, and inventory.

• Assist in generating reports on stock levels and order status.

6. Team Communication:

• Work with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to ensure smooth operations.

• Help resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.

Job Requirements:

• SPM / STPM / Diploma in related field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

• Computer literate and knowledge in MS Excel and software.

• Committed & able to meet the deadline

• Organization and multi-tasking skills.

• Self-motivated, self-learner & able to work independently
