1. Job Responsibilities

一、岗位职责

· Responsible for supervising and inspecting project quality, ensuring the quality of works is monitored and confirmed.

· 负责项目的工程质量监督检查工作，对工程的质量负监督与确认的责任。

· Familiar with construction drawings and design documents.

· 熟悉施工图设计文件。

· Review construction organization plans and method statements, understanding technical and management requirements.

· 接受施工组织设计、施工方案交底，了解技术及管理要求。

· Participate in technical briefings for construction crews, ensuring process and workmanship quality requirements are clearly communicated.

· 参加对施工作业班组的技术交底，监督工艺、工序质量要求交底到位。

· Conduct quality inspections of construction works according to technical briefings; provide on-site supervision when necessary.

· 依据技术交底对施工作业面进行质量巡查，必要时旁站监督。

· Familiar with quality acceptance standards for each division, sub-division, and inspection batch; track construction quality, promptly correct violations, and prevent potential quality risks or accidents.

· 熟悉每个分部、分项、检验批工程的质量验收标准，对施工作业面的工程质量进行跟踪检查，及时纠正违章、违规操作，防止发生质量隐患或事故。

· Assist professional engineers in implementing process control of workmanship quality; perform measurements and inspections for each inspection batch, strictly evaluating and recording quality according to project or company standards.

· 协助专业工程师实施对工序质量进行过程控制，对每一检验批进行实测实量，严格按工程质量验收标准或企业的质量标准进行质量验收、评定、编制质量验收资料。

· Collaborate with the client and supervision team to accept inspection batch quality.

· 会同建设方、监理方对检验批质量进行验收。

· Participate in on-site quality inspections; for general quality issues, issue rectification notices and supervise timely corrections by construction teams; report serious quality problems to direct supervisors and oversee post-rectification acceptance.

· 参与施工现场的质量检查，对查出的一般质量问题，负责下整改单，并监督施工队、班组及时整改；对严重的质量问题及时报告直属领导，并负责处置后的验收。

· Participate in investigation and resolution of project quality incidents.

· 参与项目质量事故的调查和处理。

· Prepare project quality statistical reports and submit them promptly to higher-level quality supervision departments.

· 负责项目质量统计报表，及时上报报表到上级质量监督管理部门。

· Verify incoming materials and equipment to ensure compliance with project requirements, and ensure proper storage, handling, and protection before installation.

· 对进场材料与设备进行核查，确保其符合项目要求，并在安装前得到妥善存放、搬运与防护。

· Supervise steel structure installation, leveling, grouting, and anchor bolt fastening inspections, coordinating with mechanical, electrical, and piping works to ensure structural accuracy and stability.

· 监督钢结构安装、找平、灌浆及地脚螺栓紧固等检验工作，并与机电及管道施工协调，确保结构尺寸精度与稳定性。

· Prepare quality supervision work logs.

· 编制质量监督工作日志。

· Perform other tasks as assigned or adjusted by leadership.

· 领导安排或者调整的其他工作内容。

2. Job Requirements

二、任职要求

· In good health, able to adapt to work on petrochemical/refinery project sites.

· 身体健康，能适应石化/炼化项目施工现场工作。

· Secondary education or above; major in civil engineering, construction engineering technology, engineering quality supervision, or related fields; minimum 2 years project management experience; relevant certification required.

· 中学及以上学历，土木工程、建筑工程技术、工程质量监督等相关专业。从事项目管理工作2年以上；取得相应的岗位证书。

· Strong quality awareness and sense of responsibility; adhere to principles; execute inspection standards objectively and fairly; do not conceal quality issues.

· 具备严格的质量意识和责任心，坚持原则，能客观公正执行检验标准，不隐瞒质量问题。

· Comply with project safety management regulations; familiar with on-site safety requirements.

· 遵守项目安全管理规定，熟悉施工现场安全要求。

· Proficient in office software; strong communication and coordination skills; able to liaise effectively with contractors, supervision, clients, and third-party inspection agencies to facilitate quality issue rectification.

· 熟练使用办公软件，具备良好的沟通协调能力，能有效对接施工方、监理、业主及第三方检测机构，推动质量问题整改。

· No adverse employment record; no violations of law or discipline.

· 无不良从业记录，无违法违纪行为。
