1. Authorize and responsible to maintain Quality Management System follow ISO 9001 requirement.
2. Responsible for auditing internal and external the Quality Management System (ISO 9001)
3. Ensure all Quality Records (QA Department) are adequately maintained.
4. Effectively implement the corrective and preventive action including customer complaints, and product non-conformance; investigate the cause of non-conformities relating to product, process and quality system.
5. Lease and provide feedback to manufacturing and customer calibration records.
6. Calibrate measure equipment and maintain adequate calibration records.
7. Responsible review to all aspect of Quality Control activities such as incoming, in-process and final inspection activities.
8. Provided necessary training to QC inspectors on new products inspection item.
