I. Job Responsibilities岗位职责

1. Prepare construction methods and work instructions, guide construction teams to carry out works in accordance with the approved methods, and resolve various technical and quality issues related to the discipline during construction.

编制施工方案及作业指导书，指导作业队按制定的方案施工，解决施工中本专业的各种技术质量问题。

2. Be familiar with construction drawings, conduct drawing reviews, and maintain timely technical communication with the design team.

熟悉图纸，进行图纸审核，及时与设计进行技术沟通。

3.  Implement construction technical and safety technical briefings conscientiously, inspect the quality of each work process, and promptly resolve or report any identified issues.

认真落实施工技术及安全技术交底内容，检查各工序质量，发现问题及时解决或上报。

4. Prepare material quantity requirement plans in a timely manner, and be responsible for preparing labor, material, and equipment cost estimates and budgets (plans) for sub-items and sub-divisions, providing a basis for cost control and management.

及时编制材料需用量计划，负责分部分项工程的工、料、机费用及有关成本费用控制预算（计划）的编制，为成本管理提供依据。

5. Coordinate discipline-related work procedures, monitor professional construction progress, and prepare progress reports.

专业工序协调、专业进度检测及报告。

6. Participate in inspection and acceptance of delivered civil engineering materials.

参与土建专业材料的到货检查验收。

7. Prepare safety measures in construction methods and ensure the implementation of safety measures during the construction process.

编制施工方案中安全措施及过程安全措施落实。

8. Coordinate and manage key personnel of construction teams related to the discipline.

与本专业相关的施工班组核心人员的协调管理。

9. Implement superior authorities’ regulations on work safety, safety operation procedures, and national construction standards and codes.

执行上级有关安全生产的规章制度、安全操作规程及国家的施工标准规范。

10. Be responsible for the preparation of construction records and as-built (handover) documentation.

负责施工过程资料和交工资料的编制。

11.Capable of carrying out setting-out and control point surveying, and proficient in the use of surveying instruments such as GPS and levels.

会定点测量放线，熟悉GPS，水准仪等测量仪器使用

【Qualifications 任职要求】

1. Able to communicate in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.

会讲英语、马来语，会讲华语的更好。

2. Relevant work experience required; demonstrates a reliable and stable work attitude; alcohol abuse is strictly prohibited.

有相关工作经验，工作稳定可靠，禁止酗酒。

3. Possesses solid technical skills; hardworking and attentive to on-site construction activities; conscientious and responsible.

技术扎实，工作勤劳，对现场施工上心，认真负责。

4. Strong sense of responsibility and good discipline; able to remain reachable by phone throughout the day.

责任心强，纪律性好，能全天保持电话畅通。

5. In good physical health, with no history of major illnesses and no criminal record.

身体健康，无重大疾病史，无不良犯罪记录。
