Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare cost estimation, quotations, and project budgets.
• Handle tender documentation, measurements, and bill of quantities (BQ).
• Evaluate and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Prepare progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts.
• Monitor project costs to ensure they remain within budget.
• Liaise closely with project, design, purchasing, and construction teams.
• Assist in contract administration and cost control.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years working experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and measurement methods.
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently and as a team.
