We’re Hiring: Receptionist

Location: Setapak, Kuala Lumpur


Energy Workforce is seeking a Receptionist who is organised, reliable, and people-oriented to support daily office operations and provide administrative assistance to management and staff.


Job Responsibilities

• Provide office support services to ensure efficient and effective office operations

• Perform clerical and administrative duties to maintain proper office administration

• Handle receptionist functions, including managing visitors, phone calls, and general enquiries

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Managing Director and other staff

• Manage office courier services (incoming and outgoing)

• Replenish stationery and pantry items on a daily to monthly basis

• Monitor and prepare weekly employee attendance reports

• Perform other related duties to support office and facility needs

Job Requirements

• Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Computer literate with good command of Microsoft Office

• Able to work with minimum supervision; proactive, responsible, and organised

• Good spoken and written proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
