Job Title: HR Operation (Warehouse Based)

Salary Range: RM2500-RM5000 

Location: Bandar Botanic, Klang

What You Will Do

• Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, recommending suitable candidates, and ensuring successful onboarding.
• Manage daily HR operations and manpower efficiency through effective shift scheduling, overtime planning, and timely workforce deployment.
• Manage grievances, disciplinary issues, and conflict resolution in line with company policies and labor laws.
• Maintain workforce stability by ensuring high attendance, low attrition, and provide timely replacements when needed.

What you will bring 

• Minimum 1 year working experience from HR or Recruitment field.(preferably in logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing).
• Bachelor’s Degrees in Human Resources, Information Technology, Psychology, Engineering or related field [Min CGPA 3.00] 
• Experience managing large workforces within the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team.
• Must possess own transport and be able to travel within Klang Valley.
