We are looking for a Junior Recruiter to join our recruitment team. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys communicating with people, sourcing candidates, arranging interviews, and supporting hiring activities.
Requirements:
Able to speak, read, and write Mandarin / Chinese
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with around 1 year working experience
Good communication and follow-up skills
Willing to learn recruitment, candidate screening, and job matching
