Responsibilities

• Post content and engage with prospects on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Answer initial questions from interested individuals
• Book qualified prospects into my online presentation funnel
• Track conversations and conversion rates
• Provide weekly updates on outreach activity and results
• Focus on the Hong Kong and Asian markets (Cantonese-speaking and other Asian language audiences)

Job Requirements

• Must speak Cantonese (fluent)
• Familiar with Hong Kong culture and market
• Comfortable with commission-only, pay-on-close compensation
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Active on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
• Self-starter who is comfortable with commission-based work
• Experience in MLM, network marketing, sales, or recruitment is a strong advantage
