Human Resource Intern (Remote)

Remuneration: 200 SGD for 6 months.

Working hours: Monday to Sunday 10am to 6pm (Be prepared to commit time during weekends if required)

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including resume screening and candidate shortlisting
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers across different time zones
• Conduct initial candidate outreach via email, WhatsApp, and job platforms using approved templates
• Maintain accurate candidate tracking records and update recruitment trackers in real time
• Assist in preparing interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications
• Perform basic candidate pre-screening based on job requirements provided
• Support onboarding documentation and ensure completeness of candidate records
• Assist with data entry, filing, and document management on Google Drive and internal systems
• Generate simple recruitment reports and weekly progress updates for the team
• Support coordination of virtual interviews (Zoom / MS Teams)
• Ensure professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate and client information
• Follow internal recruitment SOPs and service standards strictly
• Respond promptly to internal instructions and assigned tasks within agreed timelines
• Assist with ad-hoc HR administrative duties as required
• Demonstrate accountability, reliability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced recruitment environment
