The services shall include but not limited to the following:

• Day-to-day operating of In-House Clinic or First Aid center.
• Provide initial assessment of injuries & illness with appropriate reporting, reference party for further evaluation.
• Render first aid treatment and dispensing medications for mild ailment cases.
• Assist in implementation of health promotion strategies including campaign and health education activities
• Assists in In-plant Doctor Session or Occupational Health Doctor Consultation
• Facilitating case management.
• Able to prepare Health Education material with Microsoft tools
• Occupational Health and Wellness Program
• For those who has big dream to further explore, continuous professional development would be made available.
• Any other services as requested by company.

REQUIREMENTS QUALIFICATION

• Minimum SRN (State Registered Nurse).
• Minimum 2-3 years(s) of working experience in the related field.
• Willing to work on shift
• Pleasant personality and able to work well with others
• Good in communication skills
• Self-prepared transportation
