你的工作内容

• 通过电话及电邮与客户沟通，提供专业、亲切且自信的服务体验
• 深入了解客户需求，并推荐合适、个性化的解决方案
• 管理与更新客户资料，积极跟进以确保问题及时解决
• 收集客户意见与洞察，协助提升服务质量与流程
• 主动推广公司活动、计划及客户相关项目

What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers through phone and email, delivering friendly, confident, and professional service
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable, personalised solutions
• Manage customer records and follow up to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution
• Gather customer insights and contribute ideas to improve service quality and processes
• Actively promote company events, programmes, and customer initiatives

Who We’re Looking For

• Experience in customer service or sales is an advantage (training will be provided)
• Confident communicator with strong people skills
• Comfortable conversing in Mandarin and English (preferred)
• Customer-oriented, patient, and detail-focused
• Able to think on your feet and solve problems effectively
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn

Eligibility

• Valid Malaysian work authorisation required
• Minimum qualification: SPM with at least five (5) passes, including Bahasa Malaysia
