Description
- Oversee and manage renovation projects from conception to completion.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using Gantt Charts and other project management tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the renovation process.
- Communicate project progress and potential issues to stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in project management within the renovation industry
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in design software including InDesign, Illustrator, CAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of project management principles and tools
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
