• Position Overview

As a Crypto Research Analyst, you will be responsible for uncovering emerging themes, authoring professional research reports, and delivering high-quality content.

• Key Responsibilities
• Theme Identification: Track and analyze emerging trends, hot topics, and investment opportunities in the blockchain industry
• Research Report Writing: Prepare reports on emerging trends, themes, and hotspots
• Content Output: Regularly produce market insights, project analyses, and in-depth industry reports

• Key Skill Requirements

Core Skills

• On-Chain Data Analysis: Proficient in using Dune Analytics, Nansen, DefiLlama, etc.
• Fundamental Research: Skilled in interpreting whitepapers and analyzing token economics
• English Proficiency: Able to read English whitepapers, technical documents, and overseas information (with translation software/AI tools)

Professional Requirements

• Market Sensitivity: Deep understanding of DeFi, AI+Crypto, and other niche sectors
• Writing Ability: Clear logical expression and professional report writing experience
• Data Processing: Proficient in data analysis and visualization using Excel/Python
• Information Integration: Able to gather information from multiple channels and form independent viewpoints

Bonus Points

• Experience in traditional finance or cryptocurrency investment
• Familiarity with mainstream CEX/DEX operations and DeFi protocols
• Experience in community management or as a KOL

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related fields
• Experience: 1–3 years of research or investment experience in the crypto industry
• Language: Fluent in Chinese and English reading/writing; able to handle English technical materials (with translation software/AI tools)
• Tools: Proficient in using various blockchain explorers and analytical platforms
