Chen Kee Teahouse

Chen Kee Teahouse is a traditional dim sum teahouse opening a new outlet in Chinatown, Kuala Lumpur. We are looking for passionate individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations

• Supervise and train service staff

• Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction

• Monitor stock levels, ordering, and inventory

• Handle staff scheduling and operational reporting

Requirements:

• Experience in restaurant or café management (dim sum / Chinese restaurant experience is a plus)

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Responsible and able to manage a team
